Our house rules
Our house rules are in place to make everyone’s time at Neighbourhood as pleasant as possible. They form part of our terms and conditions, which cover memberships, bookings, payments and cancellations. Those who repeatedly break the rules will have their membership suspended or ended.
Be kind, courteous and respectful of all members of the space regardless of race, religion, sexuality, gender identity, disability or background. Any discriminatory or threatening behaviour or harassment towards other members will not be tolerated.
We ask members to tidy up after themselves:
Please wash up any used crockery and cutlery, dry it up and put it away.
Please leave the hot desk as you found it. Place any rubbish in the bin and give it a quick wipe if it needs it.
Antibacterial wipes can be found under the sink. The toilet and bathroom sink must be left in a clean and hygienic state so that others can use the facilities without having to clean them first. Please leave them as you would like to find them.
If needed, we provide the following for you to use:
- A toilet brush at the side of the toilet
- Antibacterial wipes on the shelving in the bathroom
- Air freshen on the shelving in the bathroom
Whilst Neighbourhood is a social space, we respectfully ask that you use headphones to listen to music rather than playing it via your speaker.
We understand that occasional calls and meetings are a normal part of people’s working day, and our members are welcome to use the space for this purpose. However for days when you have back-to-back meetings we request that you don’t use the space so as not to disturb your fellow members.
Our WiFi network may not be used for any activities that could be interpreted as fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, abusive, or obscene. Crypto mining is banned in the space. If you use an unreasonable amount of bandwidth, we may ask you to stop.
For the security and comfort of our members, no children, pets, or visitors are allowed in the space. Friends are welcome to book a day pass, and speak to us about our membership referral scheme.
Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside and directly outside the space.
No alcohol or other drugs are to be consumed in the space.
